Jennifer Schroeder is an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef with extensive experience in the culinary field. Currently leading the pastry department at Union Joints since September 2016, Jennifer has previously held key pastry roles at Peas and Carrots Hospitality, Papa Joe's Gourmet Market and Catering, The Westin Book Cadillac, and the Matt Prentice Restaurant Group. Jennifer began their culinary education at The Culinary Institute of America, where an Associates degree in Culinary Arts was obtained from 1994 to 1996.
