Paul Thiessen is a Church Relations Advisor at Union Gospel Mission in Vancouver since September 2021, where responsibilities include project management, data administration, and donor development through inter-departmental collaboration. Prior to this role, Paul served as a Development Coordinator at the same organization, focusing on donor communications and event coordination. Experience also includes a position as a Development & Communications Officer at Signal Hill, where grant writing and fundraising were key focuses during the pandemic, alongside work with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT software. Additional roles encompass management of a pop-up coffee business, operations at a family-run café, and various student leadership positions at Trinity Western University.
