Christopher D. Kokal, M.A., currently serves as the Vice President of Shared Services at Union Gospel Mission Twin Cities while also holding the position of Executive Board Member at Padraig's Place since September 2018. With a strong background in social services consulting as the owner of Easton Road Consulting, Kokal formerly directed operations for Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, overseeing a $175M non-profit network. Previous roles include Vice President and Director at Vitals Aware Services and various leadership positions within the Minnesota Autism Center. Kokal's extensive education includes a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary's University of Minnesota, supplemented by core course completion in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Master's Licensing in Special Education.
