Francesc Carbonell is an experienced professional in transport, urban development, and migration, holding key leadership roles such as Head of Sector for Transport and Urban Development and Programme Manager for Migration & Development at the Union for the Mediterranean. With a strong background in project management, Francesc also served as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Consultant at Indra Business Consulting. Additional experience includes coordinating studies at Institut Metròpoli | UAB and directing programmes at the Institute for Territorial Studies - IET, as well as serving as Technical Coordinator for the Barcelona Metropolitan Spatial Plan (PTMB).
