Adam Grossman is the Chief Development Officer & Cofounder of The Selling Factory, where college students are hired and managed to do companies SDR work on a fractional basis. At Union for Reform Judaism, Adam serves as the Director of Sales, Research, & Development, focusing on analyzing Salesforce data, researching market trends, and establishing key partnerships. As the CEO of UF Hillel, Adam successfully rebuilt a failing organization. In the past, as a Cofounder of Convue, Adam created a platform to help professionals be more proactive with their constituencies. With a background in promotions and media coordination, Adam has a strong foundation in sales and marketing. Additionally, Adam holds various degrees in Spiritual Entrepreneurship, Jewish Education, and Communications from prestigious universities.
