Raymond Napier's work experience includes serving as an Asset Protection Officer at Global Security Services since 2015. Prior to that, they were the Director of Safety and Security at Union Baptist Church starting in 2014. In this role, they managed and coordinated security officers and acted as a liaison with first responders. Raymond also has extensive experience as a Senior Probation Officer at the City of New York since 1988. In this position, they specialized in supervising high-risk clients, developing programs for specific populations, and engaging in strategic planning to achieve agency objectives.
