Laura Joki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and sales, currently serving as Key Account Manager and Sales Manager at Uniogen since January 2023. Previously, Laura held multiple roles at Abacus Diagnostica, part of Uniogen, including Key Account and Sales Manager, Product Manager, and Customer Support Specialist from October 2014 to December 2022, where responsibilities included customer relationship management, product training, and expert-level support for international clients. Additionally, Laura has experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Turku and as a PTA at Kronen Apotheke. Laura holds a Master's Degree in Biotechnology from the University of Turku and completed PTA training at Staatliche Lehranstalt fur PTA Gelsenkirchen.
