Khoo Gim See is an Independent Non-Executive Director of UGB. She was appointed to the Board of UGB on 21 June 2018 as Independent Non-Executive Director. She is a member of the Audit Committee.

Ms. Khoo Gim See graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Law LLB (Hons) in 1994 and completed her Certificate of Legal Practice CLP (Malaya) (Hons) in 1995. She was called to the Malaysian Bar Council and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 26th October 1996.

Ms. Khoo read at the Chamber of Mr. Lim Peng Siew of Ms. Lim Huck Aik & Co. She practiced as a legal assistant at Ms. San & Associates (1996 – 2001), M/s. May Chan Eiza & Co. (December 2001-May 2002) and Ms. Ghazi & Lim (June 2002-May 2003).

She also practiced at Messrs Su & Khoo where she was a partner from 1st November 2003 until 31st December 2004. Subsequently, she joined the partnership with Tan Chia Min & Co. from 1st January 2005 through 31st December 2006.

Currently, she is a partner of Messrs Leong Khoo & Co. since 1st January 2007.
