Ruslan Khan is a seasoned professional at Unilever since May 2017, currently serving as Consumer Cluster Manager for the Rajasthan cluster, following significant roles including Brand Manager for Wheel, where management of the PNL for the second largest brand with a turnover exceeding 4000 Cr was key. With a background in marketing activation, Ruslan oversaw substantial budgets for market development and managed a vast team of 12,000 promoters, implementing non-TV media strategies in rural India. As Digital Marketing Manager, responsibilities included building digital infrastructure for first-party data usage and leading the Smartpick digital sampling program. Starting as a Business Leadership Trainee at Unilever, Ruslan developed sales expertise in rural markets and enhanced marketing strategies during an international stint in Prague. Earlier experience includes a sales and marketing internship in South Africa and a software developer role at HCL Technologies.
