Glenn Harvath has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles at Unilever, having started in March 1998 and continuing to present. Currently serving as the Covington Plant Senior Factory Director, Glenn has also held positions including Hammond Plant Senior Factory Director, Product Group Quality Director for Personal Care North America, and various leadership roles at the Clinton and Hammond plants. Prior to these roles, Glenn worked as the Product Group Innovation Planning Manager for Deodorants and as a Manufacturing Manager and TPM Manager at the Hammond Plant. Glenn earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, completing studies in 1991.
