Pauline ANTON has extensive experience in the field of digestive physiopathology and food safety, currently serving as Directrice Adjointe de l'équipe PETALES at UniLaSalle since December 2003. Previously, Pauline ANTON was the Directeur des Formations "Santé" at UniLaSalle from September 2018 to September 2022, and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from March 2001 to October 2003. Pauline ANTON completed a PhD focused on the effects of repeated exposure to low doses of pesticides on intestinal barrier integrity at INRA from September 1996 to January 2001. Educational qualifications include an Habilitation à Diriger les Recherches in digestive physiopathology from Université de Rouen (2009-2010) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in digestive physiopathology from Aix-Marseille University (1996-2001), along with degrees in agriculture from Ecole de PURPAN.
