Marcel Otter is an experienced ICT Specialist currently employed at Unigarant since December 2019. Responsibilities include overseeing the migration of endpoint security from ESET to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and managing Microsoft Defender/Sentinel operations. Prior experience includes roles as a System Engineer at NEXXT, where Marcel contributed to designing and optimizing ICT environments, and infrastructure specialist at Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO), focusing on VDI migrations. Additional positions entail advanced Exchange management at NHL Hogeschool, support and management at Gasunie, and consultancy roles at Talisman Software Benelux. Marcel is pursuing a short HBO degree in Information Technology at LOI and holds an MBO in Telematica from Alfa-college.
