Yuko Watanabe is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in international development, communications, and policy advocacy. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Unify Consulting since May 2022, Yuko specializes in tailored consulting solutions for clients. As Principal Consultant of Yuko Watanabe Consulting since January 2018, Yuko supports purpose-driven leaders in digital product management and social impact initiatives, with a clientele that includes Starbucks and Microsoft. Previously, Yuko held various roles at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, managing a significant grant portfolio for Asia Pacific relations, and at Devex, where award-winning campaigns were led to promote global trade in Ethiopia. Yuko's earlier experience includes a Project Officer position at the Japan Bank for International Cooperation.
