Denis Demidov is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in team leadership and product management. Since June 2014, Denis has served as a Senior IT Team Lead at Unifun, managing a team of five product managers and overseeing sprint planning and task distribution to ensure effective project delivery. Prior roles at Unifun included senior IT product manager and product manager, where Denis contributed to technical design documents and facilitated cross-team communications. Prior to Unifun, Denis was a Sales Team Lead at Arax-Impex, where responsibilities included securing contracts for telecommunications services and managing agreements with construction developers. Denis holds a degree in Engineering and Management in Telecommunications from Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei.
