Steve Rendell is an accomplished Senior Plant Manager at Unifrax since September 2015, demonstrating expertise in multi-site leadership and continuous improvement in safety and manufacturing efficiency. Previously, Steve held various roles at Unifrax I LLC from April 1995 to September 2015, including Production Manager and European Process Development Manager, focusing on process engineering and strategic project development for ceramic fiber manufacturing. Prior experience includes positions at Exchem Industries Ltd from 1988 to 1995, where Steve advanced from Production Engineer to Production Supervisor. Steve holds a B Eng (honours) in Chemical Engineering from The University of Salford, earned between 1984 and 1988.
