Alex Darst has been working in the industry since 2011. Alex began their career as a Resident Assistant and Wine/Beverage Intern at Johnson & Wales University. Alex then moved on to Eataly as a Sommelier/Floor Manager in 2014. In 2017, they became an Assistant to General Manager at Panera Bread. In 2020, they took on the role of Shift Lead at Instacart. Most recently, in 2021, they became the CSS Operations Lead at Impress (Uniform Teeth).

Alex is currently attending Western Governors University, where they are pursuing a Master of Science in Data Analytics with a focus in Information Technology.
