Joel Bell, CPMM, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability and maintenance management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at UniFirst Corporation since May 2017, Joel Bell has successfully restructured the maintenance function for over 80 locations. Prior experience includes self-employment at Stejer Reliability & Engineering Consulting, consulting for industrial laundry companies, and a notable tenure as Senior Director of Corporate Engineering at Cintas. Additional roles ranged from Naval Aviation Maintenance Officer in the US Navy to various managerial positions in manufacturing and printing companies, demonstrating expertise in engineering management, equipment reliability, and safety compliance. Joel Bell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of North Georgia and has completed advanced electronic engineering courses through the US Navy.
