Melissa Cruz Romero has extensive experience in financial management and commercial operations, currently serving as Subdirector de seguros and previously as Gerente gestión comercial at UNIFIN FINANCIERA since February 2016. This role encompasses managing backlog control, account management, credit operation follow-ups, and coordination with regional managers. Prior to UNIFIN, Melissa held the position of Asistente de Ventas Regional at Samsung Electronics Mexico from August 2014 to October 2015, providing support to account executives and managing logistics and reporting. Melissa also worked as Asistente de Gerencia at Alpura from January 2013 to July 2014, focusing on report preparation and agenda management. Academically, Melissa holds a degree in Administration from Instituto Tecnologico de Veracruz and a Master's in Finance from Universidad Tecmilenio.
