Kim Couch has been a part of Unified Technologies since June 2009, currently holding the title of VP of Operations | COO. Prior to that, Kim worked at US Voice and Data from 1993 to 2009 as a Technician. Kim holds an associate's degree in Electronics from rets electronics. Kim is also certified as a Shoretel Advanced Engineer in IPBX, Contact Center, and Mobility.
