Jennifer Yen currently serves as the Head of Revenue Assurance at Unified National Networks (UNN) since February 2020, and previously held the position of Risk, Revenue Assurance & Fraud Manager at the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager for Revenue Assurance and Executive Officer for Internal Audit at DST Communications Sdn Bhd from December 2006 to February 2020, and working as an Audit Assistant at Ernst and Young from March 2005 to December 2006. Jennifer's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Brunei Darussalam, along with multiple certifications from The Global Revenue Assurance Professional Association in areas related to telecommunications revenue assurance. Additionally, Jennifer is a member of CPA Australia and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University.
