Sandra Greene has been in the professional world since 1996, when they began working as a teacher at Cache Valley Learning Center. Sandra continued in this role until 2002, when they switched to a teaching role at Elk Grove Unified School District. In 2015, they changed roles again to become a Content Specialist at Unidev.

Sandra Greene attended Cerritos College from 1989 to 1992 and then Utah State University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Elementary Ed./Special Ed.
