Monika Trikić is a skilled Data Scientist currently working in the CRM Department at UniCredit Bank Serbia since March 2022. Prior to this role, Monika served as a Data Scientist at Banca Intesa Beograd from October 2015 to March 2022, where responsibilities included researching and implementing machine learning algorithms, developing custom data models, and performing predictive analytics. Monika also held the position of CRM Analyst during this time, focusing on customer insights, behavioral analysis, and reporting using SAS tools. Earlier experience includes a role as a Statistician-Analyst at the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia from October 2013 to October 2015, concentrating on time series data manipulation and seasonal adjustments. Monika holds a Master's degree in Statistics, Actuarial and Financial Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Belgrade.
