Neha Chandra's work experience includes being a Clinical Recruiter and sourcing specialist at Unicon Pharma Inc since November 2021. In this role, they are responsible for sourcing suitable candidates for clients and screening resumes using various platforms like LinkedIn, Career Builder, Monster, Indeed, X-ray search, and Boolean search. Neha also has experience in building hiring pipelines and ensuring job matches.

Before that, they worked as a Project Intern at Sri Yuva Bio-Tech from February 2021 to April 2021, and as a Quality Assurance Intern at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd from January 2021 to February 2021.

Neha's earliest work experience was as a Project Intern at Telengana Forensic Laboratory from May 2018 to March 2019.

Neha Chandra completed their Master of Technology (MTech) degree from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences from 2019 to 2021. Neha specialized in an undisclosed field of study during their time at the institute. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Biotechnology from Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2015 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Neha Chandra also acquired certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Neha completed the Food Safety Supervisor certificate course- FoSTaG from FSSAI Publication in September 2020. In November 2019, they underwent training in Food Safety and Hygiene in the Catering Industry through a course offered by Alison - Free Online Learning.
