Jennifer Hatfield is an accomplished Property Manager with extensive experience in managing commercial properties, including high-rise buildings in Seattle and Tacoma. Currently serving as Property Manager for Unico Properties LLC since January 2022, Jennifer oversees the Westlake Tower and Stone 34 buildings. Prior to this role, Jennifer held positions at CommonWealth Partners, managing properties such as the Russell Investments Center, where occupancy was maintained at 100%. With a strong background in tenant communication, contract management, and building operations, Jennifer has effectively collaborated with engineering, security, and maintenance teams across various roles. Jennifer began a career in property management as a Tenant Services Coordinator and has progressed through roles, including Assistant Property Manager and Planner, demonstrating a diverse skill set in real estate management and architectural planning, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Washington State University.
