Naila Butt currently serves as an International Senior Education Consultant at UNICEF, beginning in April 2024. Prior to this role, Naila worked as an Education Specialist and Senior Learning Designer at Education Design Unlimited from September 2023 to April 2024. From August 2012 to September 2023, Naila held multiple positions at the Aga Khan Academy Junior School, including Deputy Head Teacher, Class Teacher, and Art Teacher, while also coordinating various student programs such as the Spelling Bee. Naila holds a Doctorate in Education from Unicaf University (2022-2025) and has completed several certifications and courses in project management, education leadership, and emergency education from recognized institutions. Naila’s extensive experience in educational roles is complemented by a strong foundation in early childhood education and English literature, having obtained a Master's degree from the Islamic University of Pakistan.
