James Gregory has work experience as a Strategic Writing Executive at UNICEF UK starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Research and Policy Intern at Blackstock Consulting from October 2021 to January 2022.

James Gregory completed their education at three different institutions. From 2006 to 2017, they attended Bishop's Stortford College, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy & Politics at Durham University, graduating in 2020. Then, in 2020-2021, they enrolled at UCL to pursue a Master's degree in Human Rights.
