Gennaro Gennarelli serves as the Responsabile Internal Audit at UNICEF Italia since November 2022 and concurrently holds the position of Capo Progetto Rilascio 2 InIt at the Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze, focusing on the implementation of the ERP SAP system for public accounting and state budgeting since December 2019. Gennaro recently contributed as a docente in a training course for the Scuola Nazionale dell'Amministrazione in early 2023, specializing in the InIt system. Gennaro also held a senior membership on the Ethical Committee of E.N.T.D.® from March 2021 to December 2022 and was previously a manager in Risk Assurance Services at PwC from 2008 to 2019. Early career experience includes serving as an internal auditor at Piaggio & C. SpA. Gennaro holds a Master's degree in Auditing from the Università di Pisa and a degree in Economics from the Università degli Studi di Salerno.
