Roy Michel has extensive experience in the forest products and mining industries, with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently, Roy Michel serves as a ¸é±ð³Ù°ù²¹¾±³Ùé at Uniboard Canada since May 2019, having previously held the positions of Directeur Entretien and Directeur opérations Unires division Uniboard. Prior to this, Roy Michel was the Directeur général and Directeur de production at Produits forestiers Résolu from February 2017 to May 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Surintendant adjoint sous terre at Hecla Mining from January 2015 to May 2016, Directeur de production at Resolute Forest Products in 2014, and Surintendant entretien mobile & fixe at Hecla Mining from May 2010 to March 2014. Roy Michel began a career in management with a focus on continuous improvement and reliability as Direteur Amélioration Continu et fiabilité at Resolute Forest Products from November 2006 to May 2010.
