Aoibhinn H. is a Programme Manager at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, where responsibilities include managing the EU Passworld program to enhance access to international education and employment for refugees through strategic partnerships. Prior to this, Aoibhinn served as a Human Rights Adviser at the Permanent Mission of Ireland to the UN, advocating for human rights during multilateral negotiations. Experience also includes roles as a Communications Officer with the European Commission, managing humanitarian aid communications, and developing policy reports as a Policy & Communications Assistant at Friends of Europe. Aoibhinn holds an MA in International Relations and Contemporary War from King's College London and a BA in European Studies from Trinity College Dublin, complemented by diverse experiences in education and community outreach across various countries.
