Ken Paolini is an experienced professional with a robust background in global sourcing and purchasing. Since May 2005, Ken has served as Vice President of Global Sourcing and Purchasing at Unger Enterprises, where responsibilities include overseeing sourcing and purchasing teams across Asia, Germany, and North America. Ken successfully developed and implemented a sourcing strategy that redefined the supply chain, enhancing product development speed and achieving industry-standard customer service at minimal total cost. Prior to this role, Ken worked in purchasing at Merritt Extruder from 1995 to 2005.
