Hasan Hasanli currently serves as the First Secretary of the Permanent Delegation of Azerbaijan to UNESCO since April 2023 and has been with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan as a First Secretary since May 2018. Additionally, Hasanli has held the position of Chief Executive at the Modern Youth Network Public Union since September 2016 and leads International Relations for the Azerbaijan Volunteers Public Union since September 2014. Previous roles include Audit and Cost Control at Fairmont Baku, General Manager at Queen's Education, and Operations Supervisor at the Ministry of Youth and Sport of Azerbaijan. Early career experiences include a Trainee role at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a Liaison Officer position at the Asian Development Bank. Hasanli holds a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Affairs from ADA University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Economics from Baku State University.
