Svetla Baeva is an accomplished professional specializing in human rights and strategic communications. Currently serving as the Campaigns Director at Fine Acts since February 2016, Svetla bridges the gap between activists and artists to drive impactful social change. In addition, Svetla has been a Strategic Communications Consultant for UNDP since February 2020, focusing on innovative communications for various development challenges in Europe and Central Asia. Previously, Svetla held leadership roles at the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee, where contributions to human rights protection were made, and at Change.org, where a significant Fulbright research scholarship was completed. With a strong educational background in political science and international relations, Svetla has also been affiliated with various organizations such as the World Economic Forum and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.
