Moe Kyaw possesses extensive experience in information and communication technology, currently serving as the Manager of Global Connectivity Support at UNDP since July 2012. Prior to this role, Moe held the position of ICT Development Manager at Ultra Developments Pte Ltd from August 2011 to June 2012 and worked as an Information Technology Officer for the United Nations between March 2009 and July 2011. Moe's career began at Myanmar Teleport, where duties included serving as Deputy Head of Engineering - Network Operations from February 2001 to February 2009. Moe Kyaw holds a Master's degree in Computer Technology specializing in Computer and Network Engineering from the University of Computer Studies (Yangon), completed between 1998 and 2000.
