Joe Feeney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in stabilization and executive coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Stabilization Advisor at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) since March 2021, Joe previously held the position of Head of Stabilization in Iraq from January 2016 to July 2018, where leadership of a multidisciplinary team resulted in a significant stabilization program with a budget of US$1.4 billion, facilitating the return of hundreds of thousands of displaced individuals after the ISIS conflict. Additionally, Joe has been an Executive Coach at Dalemire Coaching, Dalemire Limited, since January 2020. Joe's academic credentials include an Executive MBA in Strategic Management and Organisational Change from Edinburgh Business School and an MSc in Rural Development from University College Dublin.
