Binod Chapagain, PhD, currently serves as a Project Technical Advisor (Consultant) for UNDP, focusing on the Integrated Natural Resources Management Project. With extensive experience spanning over a decade, roles have included Manager of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning at ADRA International, Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor at the Institute for Sustainable Communities, and various consulting positions related to project development and evaluation. Notable contributions include developing proposals for disaster relief, establishing monitoring frameworks, and enhancing technical capacities in monitoring and evaluation across diverse projects in the Asia-Pacific region. Binod Chapagain holds a PhD in Development Studies from The Australian National University, complemented by a Master's in Sociology and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Tribhuvan University.
