Lauren Drake-Perez is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Underdog Fantasy since October 2023. With a tenure at Candid starting in May 2018, Lauren has held multiple roles including Advisor & Consultant, Operations Manager - Talent Development, and DEI Council Member. Previous experience includes working as an Independent Consultant from March 2014 to February 2021, an Intervention Specialist at Wake County Public School System from September 2015 to February 2018, and a Habilitation Technician at Stevens Center from December 2009 to February 2018. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, completed in 2014.
