William Strauch has a background in retail and customer service, working with companies such as Under Armour and Kohl's Department Stores. With experience as a Sales Lead, Merchandising Lead, and Customer Service Representative, William has honed their skills in managing sales floors and providing excellent customer support. William also served as an Office Administrator at Calvary Lutheran Church before pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services at Montclair State University.
