Sunita (Gupta) Braynard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global compensation and total rewards leadership. Currently serving as the Interim Head of Total Rewards at Under Armour, Sunita has held key positions such as Sr. Director of Global Compensation and Mobility. Prior roles include Director of Global Compensation at PayPal, Director of Global Total Rewards & HR Operations at NOVAVAX INC, and involvement in executive compensation and global rewards programs at DXC Technology. Sunita also served as Compensation & Benefits Leader at Dell Services Federal Government. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Master's in Business Administration and Management from Delhi University.
