Melinda Roarty is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and merchandising, currently serving as Strategic Sourcing Lead at Under Armour since February 2015, after holding the position of Associate Sourcing Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Jos. A. Bank Clothiers from September 2011 to February 2015, where Melinda was responsible for managing development, purchasing, delivery, and promotions of a $62 million department as Associate Merchandise Manager for Trousers and Outerwear, along with various assistant merchandise manager roles. Melinda also completed a merchandising internship at QVC in early 2011. Educationally, Melinda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Delaware, earned in 2011.
