Janee` Folston is an experienced professional in leadership coaching and career development, currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Five Frogs, Inc., and the Associate Director of Employer Development at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. With a robust background in clinical therapy and organizational leadership, Janee` has held significant roles including Clinical Therapist at Casiano Clinical Services, Assistant Director and Pre-Law Advisor at Trinity College-Hartford, and Marriage and Family Therapist for the Town of East Hartford. Additional experience includes directing programs for women and girls at YWCA Hartford Region and leadership roles at YMCA of Greater Hartford and Hartford Public Schools.
