Patrick Baragafise is an experienced Information Systems Officer currently working at UNCTAD since December 2022, specializing as an IT Expert. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Information Systems Officer at CNUCED from September 2020 to July 2022 and served as an Associate Systems Officer at UNCTAD from October 2017 to October 2019, focusing on software development.
