Sri Dharma is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and technical recruiting. Currently serving as Executive Talent Acquisition at Uncode since August 2021, Sri has previously worked as a Technical Recruiter at AJR Info Systems Pvt. Ltd and Bryteside Technologies, contributing to various recruitment processes from January 2021 to July 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as Recruiter at Launchio Consulting from February 2018 to July 2019, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment and requirement analysis in collaboration with team leads.
