W. Jay Madison IV has over 20 years of experience in various roles, including Director of Legacy & Strategic Partnerships at Uncle Nearest, Inc. since January 2022. W. Jay was previously the Georgia Market Manager for the same company from January 2020. Before that, they served as the Georgia Brand Ambassador from June 2018 to December 2019.

Prior to their tenure at Uncle Nearest, Inc., Madison worked at Pot Likker Creations as the Manager & Head Bartender from November 2008 to March 2020. During their time there, they played a key role in securing James Beard Award nominations and contributed to increasing average daily bar sales. Madison also worked as the Marketing Director & Special Events Coordinator at Global Concessions, Inc. from January 2011 to September 2011, where they successfully marketed and promoted the restaurant's opening and coordinated special events.

Madison has also held positions in the restaurant and bar industry, including Lead Bartender for various establishments from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they gained sales experience as an Account Sales Executive at Radio One Cincinnati from 2004 to 2005, where they successfully increased new business through referrals and sales proposals. W. Jay began their career at Luxottica Retail as a Marketing & Merchandising Communications Project Manager from 2001 to 2004.

W. Jay Madison IV has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Morehouse College and a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Miami University.
