Matthew Aubrey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Matthew began their career in 2010 as the Regional Director of Entertainment at East Coast Saloons, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Matthew served as the Restaurant General Manager at Sign of the Whale. Matthew then joined the Breakthru Beverage Group, starting as an On Premise Sales Representative in 2016 before being promoted to Mixologist/Brand Educator and later becoming an Off-Premise Field Sales Manager and On-Premise Field Sales Manager. In 2020, Matthew joined Uncle Nearest, Inc. as a State Manager, and in 2022, they took on the role of DC MD VA State Manager. Currently, they are the Mid Atlantic Director of Sales at Uncle Nearest, Inc.

Matthew Aubrey attended the University of Louisville from 1998 to 2004, where they studied Political Science and Government. From 1994 to 1998, they graduated from South Oldham High School with a degree in Business. In addition to their formal education, Matthew obtained certifications such as Certified Bourbon Steward from Moonshine University in 2020 and Level II Spirits and Level II wine and spirits certifications from WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) in 2017.
