Satish J has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer retention, currently serving as the Head of QA & Customer Retention at UNCIA since February 2023. Prior to this role, Satish held positions such as General Manager Quality Assurance at Expleo Group and Managing Director at Intellifour Software Pvt Ltd. Earlier in the career, Satish worked as a Senior Manager at Trigent Software Inc. and a Test Manager at eCredit, with foundational experience as a Design Engineer at Capitol Compu Graphics. Satish holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute Of Technology, completed between 1991 and 1995.
