Erica Coca currently serves as the Vice President of Talent at UnboundEd, where the focus is on empowering educators through professional development aimed at addressing higher standards and institutional challenges. Previous roles include Director of Recruitment at Explore Schools, dedicated to providing quality education in underserved communities, and Admissions & Recruitment Coordinator at Broome Street Academy, which serves at-risk students through a partnership with The Door. Erica's career began as a Case Manager at Goodwill Industries, supporting individuals in re-entering the workforce. Erica holds a Master of Science in Business Management & Leadership from the CUNY School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Hunter College.
