Todorovic Ljiljana has extensive experience in budget and resource management, currently serving as the Chief of Budget and Resource Management at UNAIDS since October 2009, following roles as Senior Budget and Resource Management Adviser and Planning and Budget Adviser. Prior to UNAIDS, Todorovic held various positions at IOM from August 1994 to October 2009, including Budget Officer, Chief of Finance and Administration, and Acting Chief of Mission/Head of Office. Additional experience includes serving as Chief of Accounting at the Financial Bureau from July 1991 to August 1994, Senior Accountant at Protel from November 1990 to June 1991, and Accountant at Beoelektro from September 1989 to October 1990. Todorovic holds a master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics/Foreign Trade from the University of Belgrade, Serbia, earned between 1983 and 1989.
