Eva Echo is an experienced professional currently serving as a Delegate for UN Women at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW68) since March 2024. Holding the position of Events Manager at Trans in the City since December 2022, Eva plays a crucial role in advocating for trans and non-binary individuals in the workplace. As Director of Innovation and former Head of Communications & Engagement at Birmingham Pride since August 2021, Eva is dedicated to fostering inclusivity and supporting the LGBTQ+ community. Additionally, Eva is a member of the Crown Prosecution Service's local scrutiny and involvement panel for hate crime, providing representation for trans lived experiences. With a background as an activist, public speaker, and educator, Eva has been actively influencing positive change since June 2017 and was also a trans spokesperson for Gendered Intelligence until March 2024. Earlier experience includes managing and creating an inclusive environment at Lye Tattoo Studio from April 2014 to October 2020.
