Rita Kastrati is a dynamic professional with a robust background in business development, marketing, and sustainable practices. Currently serving as a UN Women UK Delegate since March 2023, Rita focuses on issues related to innovation and technological change in education. At Twig, Rita has excelled as both Business Development and Marketing Manager and as an Executive, earning the title of Business Employee of the Year 2021-2022 and leading influential campaigns recognized by TikTok. As co-founder of Bea's Flowers London, Rita has significantly expanded a sustainable floral business. Previous roles include Marketing Manager at Casa Dino, various placements at Wells Fargo and Tata Consultancy Services, and a specialist position at iSmash. Rita holds a BSc Hons in International Political Economy from City, University of London, and completed A levels and iGCSEs at The Harrodian School.
