Lucía Vásquez Tumi is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in multimedia production and digital communications. Currently serving as a Communications Consultant at 10 Billion Solutions, Lucía provides video production services and visual storytelling for clients such as UNEP FI, GIZ, and GlobalABC. In the role of Multimedia Producer at UNFCCC, Lucía develops narrative-driven videos to promote climate action and inform audiences about the UNFCCC process. Previous roles include project lead for DW Akademie's Colmena project, where Lucía trained journalists on multimedia content creation, and positions at Fairtrade International, the Peruvian Ministry of Production, and the United Nations Information Center in Lima. Lucía holds a Master’s Degree in International Media Studies from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University, a postgraduate course in Corporate Communications from Universidad ESAN, and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
